All Jwatt PV Junction Boxes are covered under a standard manufacturing
warranty which protects against material defects, assembly issues, and
performance failures under normal operating conditions.
- Warranty duration varies from 1 year depending on the model.
- Coverage begins from the date of invoice or shipment.
- Only original, unmodified products are eligible.
2. What’s Covered
- Manufacturing defects
- Defective diodes or thermal protection components
- Internal wiring or contact issues
- Premature material failure under normal conditions
3. What’s Not Covered
- Improper installation or handling
- Modifications or tampering
- Damage due to fire, water, or external factors
- Use outside recommended temperature ranges
- Physical damage due to mishandling
4. Warranty Claim Procedure
To raise a warranty claim, please follow the steps below:
- Share invoice number and date of purchase
- Provide clear images or product videos
- Describe the issue in detail
- Email documents to: warranty@jwatt.com
5. Replacement & Service
If a defect is verified through QC testing, JWatt will offer:
- Product replacement (depending on model availability)
- Service or repair as per warranty terms
